Full time Front Desk/ Admin needed for busy Orthopedic surgeon in North OKC.
Candidates should possess a strong work ethic and the ability to interact well with patients and co-workers.
Monday-Friday, no weekends or major holidays.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients with a smile and friendly attitude
- Answering phone
- Scheduling appointments
- Checking patients in and out
- Collect patient payments
- Obtain accurate demographics and enter all patient data efficiently
- Chart prep, scanning/indexing medical records and other duties as assigned
- 1-2 years of front desk and collections experience preferred
- Experience with Electronic Health Records preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be highly dependable and self-motivated
- Position requires attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Attendance, punctuality, a positive attitude and flexibility are keys to the success in this position
- MS Office knowledge
- High School Graduate or equivalent required (GED)
