Full time Front Desk/ Admin needed for busy Orthopedic surgeon in North OKC.

Candidates should possess a strong work ethic and the ability to interact well with patients and co-workers.

Monday-Friday, no weekends or major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a smile and friendly attitude
• Answering phone
• Scheduling appointments
• Checking patients in and out
• Collect patient payments
• Obtain accurate demographics and enter all patient data efficiently
• Chart prep, scanning/indexing medical records and other duties as assigned

• 1-2 years of front desk and collections experience preferred
• Experience with Electronic Health Records preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be highly dependable and self-motivated
• Position requires attention to detail and multi-tasking
• Attendance, punctuality, a positive attitude and flexibility are keys to the success in this position
• MS Office knowledge
• High School Graduate or equivalent required (GED)
