Franchise Developer- Petroleum Delivery
St. Louis and Surrounding Areas

What will you do?
Work with owned and operated gasoline retail facilities to initiate, negotiate and close new branded accounts secured with a fuel supply agreement. All agreements will be aligned with Wallis’ and branded oil company franchise standards and profit / volume growth objectives. The position’s primary duties include growing the branded wholesale business and maintaining branded fleet accounts to execute Wallis Companies’ strategy.

What we ask of you:
  • Proven and demonstrated success in developing strategic business relationships that lead to meeting or exceeding of sales quota and sales goals
  • Identify customer needs and design customized solutions
  • Strategic planner with a “big picture” mentality
  • Critical thinker leading to exceptional problem-solving
  • Strong collaborator to lead teams to mutually beneficial solutions
  • Develop and track a pipeline of sales opportunities within current CRM
  • Leverage data analytic and modelling tools to generate business and show return on investment
  • Understand all aspects of our business and related programs to build business
  • Mentor and develop other sales team members
  • Education: Required: Bachelors Degree in related field
  • Experience: Required: Minimum 5 years sales experience with strategic customers
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English for effective communication with groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
