BlueTriton Brands is currently seeking an applicant for a Full-Time Forklift Operators for Warehouse S hipper/Backup Dock Coordinator positions located in our Poland Spring, ME facility.

Shifts available:
Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday 6:00pm to 6:00am
Pay Rate: $26.72 after a 90/180 review plus Shift differential pay of $1.00 per hour after 6pm.
Sign on Bonus $500 – paid as $250 at hire and $250 at 90 days.
Retention Bonus: $ 2000 annual total, paid out quarterly
JOB SUMMARY
Participate as a Warehouse team member in a high volume, fast paced environment. The primary responsibility of the Warehouse Shipper is to safely and efficiently operate a forklift in the warehouse, transporting pallets of full goods in shipping, receiving, and bin consolidating capacities. Warehouse Shipper is responsible to maintain the cleanliness of assigned area of the warehouse and perform additional tasks as directed by the Warehouse Leadership. Individual will also cross train as back up dock coordinator.

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

• Safely maneuver pallets of full goods in the warehouse, Load pallets of full goods onto third-party-carrier trailers, Receive Domestic and Import orders from other NWNA facilities, Qualify and perform Palletizer duties as assigned, Maintain housekeeping and sanitation of warehouse and forklift, Problem solve in independent and team setting, Complete daily Loader Activity Log
• Execute Dock Schedule, maintaining 100% accuracy, Maximize dock door utilization and line loads, Provide direction to warehouse and palletizers as needed, Perform pick ticket processing, Receipt of inbounds/returns within 24 hours of arrival, Maintain accuracy of Yard management, Communicate with Yard Jockeys and carriers to enhance dock efficiency, Maintain dock office at or above 90% 5s standards, Resolve order and goods issue discrepancies, Complete order exceptions as needed, Proactively communicate within warehouse and other departments for issue resolutions and process improvements, Perform other tasks, as directed by the Warehouse Resource

Qualifications
SKILLS / ELIGIBILITY

• Poland Spring Forklift Certified
• Core Competencies, demonstrated ability to perform all shipping processes
• Demonstrated ability to perform all receiving processes (Domestic and ASA)
• Demonstrated ability to read pick tickets, demonstrated ability to identify quality deficiencies (leakers, damaged cases, etc.) and place pallets on hold
• Handle multiple people and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Computer skills: SAP, Microsoft Office, I/M Data pass
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Must be flexible in working hours- overtime, vacation coverage and off-shifts
• 2-3 years’ experience in warehouse preferred
