Forklift Operator Job at Midwest Refrigerated Services
Midwest Refrigerated Services, a growing family owned frozen food warehouse, refrigerated trucking and logistics company We serve customers in the food industry with distribution and transportation services. A successful candidate values a safe and fast paced work environment.
Shift: 1st: Four - 10 hour Shifts - Sunday-Wednesday (7a - 5:30pm)
Pay Rate (2nd Shift): $21.00 / per hour
Duties include:
- Picking and staging of orders
- Loading and unloading of trucks
- General shipping and receiving duties
- Follow all safety rules and procedures
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work in an ambient temperature (50-70F)
- Ability to read/write/speak in English
- Good computer aptitude and math skills
- Lift up to 60 pounds frequently and 80+ pounds.
- Experience operating a sit-down forklift or powered pallet jacks is preferred
- Experience working within RF controlled inventory systems or with food products is a plus
- Ability to work weekends and overtime
- Have exceptional attendance
