FORD SERVICE TECHNICIANS TO 32 AN HOUR Job at Mills Automotive Group
Experienced FORD Service Technicians
Up to $32.00 per hour for certified Master FORD technicians.
To support our growth, Classic Ford of Smithfield, NC is looking to add several experienced service technicians to our team. Our starting pay rate for ALL our line technicians is between $21.00 and $26.00 per flat rate hour, but if your that certified FORD tech – WE WILL PAY YOU up to $32.00. All our positions have the opportunity for significant incentives above the significant base rate
What You Do:
Conduct repairs, maintenance and inspections on vehicles
Line mechanic with all around experience
Chassis, brakes, suspension, electrical and engine repair
Inspect vehicles for repairs and service needs using multi-point inspections and test tools
Document and report on items completed and in need of further service via repair order and dealer computer system (electronic repair order experience a plus)
Complete and attend manufacturer training as required
Successful attributes and skills:
Own your tools
Valid driver’s license, must pass background and substance abuse review
Excellent communication skills and ability to be a team player
Outgoing and friendly personality
Professional appearance
Technical certification and training a plus
State inspection license preferred
Compensation and benefits:
This is a flat rate position and the rate will be determined by your skills, experience and performance
