We are in need of an energetic, enthusiastic and dedicated Flag Football Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience coaching at the youth level and will be responsible for developing individual player techniques through a series of drills and techniques to better enhance the team's strengths and weaknesses. The Flag Football Coach will also be responsible for evaluating players, planning individual practice drills and leading the team to victory. You will have to Ref some games also.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and monitor workouts, practices, and games.
- Promote sportsmanship and teamwork.
- Teach offensive and defensive schemes.
- Teach and grade fundamental skills.
- Coordinate practice schedules.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
