Food Service Manager Job at Wisconsin Department of Corrections
This position provides direct supervision, training & evaluation of Correction Food Service Leader 2’s and workers involved in the production and distribution of approximately 4,500 meals per day as well as assigns work, trains and directs work of Correctional Officers & provides staff assistance to the Food Service Administrator in managing day to day operations within the Food Service Department. This position will assume overall responsibility in the Food Service Department in the absence of the Food Service Administrator & will complete shift coverage in the absence of other Food Service staff as needed.
