FOH Bartender/Server Job at Little Fish
LITTLE FISH, a NEW location & concept in Southold, NY from the family behind 668 The Gig Shack in Montauk, is looking for all FOH staff, specifically excellent bartenders and servers, to lead the service and bar program for the 2023 grand opening! This is an amazing opportunity to take a partnership and leadership role with a successful team, in one of the most beautiful places in the country. Opening in APRIL 2023, the season will extend through the end of year holidays. Pay, housing, and benefits are negotiable but preference will be given to candidates that have local housing and local industry connections!
The new concept will blend elements of our existing establishment with nods to the local NoFo history and it's farm-to-table culture, all nested under our concept of "Global Surf Cuisine." Brunch, lunch, and dinner will all be offered although rolled out in a manageable form. We focus on quality and quantity here and take a decidedly fun approach to hospitality. Applicants should embrace youthful energy in their manner and approach to food and service. We eagerly look forward to speaking with you all!
