- Average of 2.2 patients per hour and providers are encouraged to spend as much or as little time with each patient as needed.
- Cutting edge technology to make the provider's job easier and more efficient (spend less time on the computer and more time with patients)
- No on-call, no homework, no administrative duties, no paperwork, no phone calls.
- Full autonomy- no micromanaging or strict requirements.
- User-friendly EMR (Athena) with 1 on 1 training
- 1 to 1 provider to ancillary staff ratio
