· Monday thru Friday work schedule – off weekends and Holidays.

· All Shifts:

o Days, 6:00a-2:00p

o Evening – 2:00p-10:00p

o Overnight – 10:00p-6:00a

NOTE: Overtime hours including weekend work required as needed to support the business needs.

Responsibilities:

· License to drive a plant vehicle (Truck or Kubota) within the confines of the site

· Operate Forklift to load and unload materials.

· Do manual additions of solid material to process vessels.

· Operate computer scanning programs for managing materials and products in and out of warehouse inventory.

· Gather in process samples.

· The ability to use a half face respirator as needed.

· Perform quality checks with direction from Bayer Technicians and document.

· Perform and document safety and equipment check on Fork Lifts and other equipment used for operations

· Clean work area and equipment to Bayer standards to maintain a clean and safe work environment

· Follow all Bayer’s safety, quality, and compliance standards

· Report any safety, quality, or equipment concerns to Bayer Technicians immediately

· Work and communicate collaboratively with team members to meet production requirements safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Forklift experience and/or certification
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal (English).

Specific Work Conditions and Physical Requirements:

• Willing to work indoors and outdoors in warm conditions during the summer months.
• Forklift experience, 30-40 % of the job will be forklift.
• Candidates need to be flexible to accept other general labor tasks.
• Position sometimes requires willingness to climb with the ability to perform elevated work utilizing portable ladders.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds (Buddy system is allowed)
