Floor Technician Job at Joncowest
We are looking for a hardworking Floor Technician to join our cleaning team. We are in search of a well experienced Floor Technician, with an extensive amount of expierience in cleaning, maintaining, and restoring floor surfaces. This will be an independent contractor position. We are also looking for a Tech that counts with their own tools/ floor cleaning machines. The duties of this job include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and buffing the floor surfaces of commercial buildings.
Experience cleaning carpets using methods such as shampooing, bonneting, or applying dry cleaning chemicals. Experience evening the gloss, polish, or sealant coating on surfaces with a cloth or specialized buffing tool.
Must have knowledge on how to use the following machines: Scrubbers, buffers and burnishers, vacuums, carpet extractors, stone and marble polishers, sanders.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
- Overnight shift
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- Floor care: 2 years (Preferred)
