Neptune Fish Market is looking for energetic and qualified Fish Counter Associate to join our team! We are family owned and operated seafood retail and wholesale distributor located in Lake Worth Beach; and our name is synonymous with freshness, quality, and service. While growing, we have maintained our commitment to provide the best service and products.
The position is required from Monday to Saturday 8am to 4pm.
Benefits:
· Five days of approved paid vacation plus five days of sick leave.
Qualifications:
· Must be 18 years old
· Must have a driver license
· Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
· Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States
Candidate must possess the following:
· Seafood Associates are customer focused
· Help department to maximize sales by providing exceptional guest service
· Ability to maintain composure when busy and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
· Possess or be willing to gain a proficient knowledge of fish and seafood
· Always maintain a professional level of service
· Be punctual, reliable, and honest
· Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
· Maintain a clean and safe environment
· Responsible for organizing, rotate, prepare, and restock the seafood displays
· Maintain a clean and safe environment
· Basic knife skills
· Communicate effectively with peers and management.
· Follow, maintain, and perform safety and sanitation procedures throughout all shifts.
· Communicate effectively with peers and management.
· Take Inventory on a weekly basis
· Other duties may be assigned as business needs change
Out of Scope Responsibilities:
· Unload products from truck, take in deliveries, and separate product for sales floor, and cooler.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
