This position is not eligible for remote work and must be located in Milwaukee or Green Bay, WI.

Responsible for the ongoing support of one or more of the bank's risk management programs, including the Model Risk Management program, to be in compliance with applicable regulations and bank practices. Duties include: model validation and ongoing model monitoring, reviewing and performing initial risk analysis including coordination among internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), systems testing, and general administrative tasks. Assist with comprehensive model documentation to meet internal and external regulatory standards. Support Credit, Finance and Fraud operations by doing risk-based model analysis and risk reporting by partnering with team members.

As a Corporate Specialist – Model Risk, you will:

  • Provide administrative support as directed and in accordance to established procedures for the Corporate Risk Management Framework and in support of the Model Risk Management Program including requesting, obtaining, and reviewing model documentation to meet internal and external regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate documentation reviews among internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Compliance and Operational Risk Management team in an organized manner using strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in a timely manner.
  • Support deployment and perform ongoing maintenance of departmental system tools.
  • Support ongoing efforts of Risk Management and Governance Programs while adhering to related policy, program and procedural documentation for their frameworks.
  • Contribute to risk-related assignments and projects as directed by departmental management.

Education

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, Business, Risk, Compliance, Mathematics, Finance or Accounting. Required

Experience

  • 1 year of transferable working experience with responsibilities related to performing analysis; familiarity with general risk management concepts and the regulatory environment; exposure to banking products. Required.
  • 1 - 3 years of transferable experience in the financial services industry with exposure to risk management concepts and the regulatory environment; understanding of banking products. Preferred.
