Financial Director (Restaurant / Hospitality)

$200k - $350k + Bonus

Prestigious expanding billion $$$ global restaurant and hospitality conglomerate seeks 8+ years expertise hands on and management analyzing financial functions including P&L, revenue, and sales analysis for expanding restaurant and hospitality business. Responsible for ensuring effective financial operating procedures across the company in order to increase current sales and analyzing financial objectives in developing new locations. Develop and implement systems and satisfaction, maintaining, and improving our standards, achieving financial objectives, and maintaining a positive work environment. Develop and execute creative growth initiatives; includes strategies to generate and enhance revenue. Responsible for evaluating financial operations restaurants throughout entire hospitality venture. This role is an entrepreneurial position encompassing strong restaurant knowledge calling upon innovative and strategic expertise. Maintains controllable expenses and establishes effective cost control systems. Partners with managers to ensure all policies, procedures and service standards are followed. Communicate with HR department to maintain effective staffing levels supporting future growth and expansion. Manage and control food & beverage costs, labor and indirect costs and inventory practices. Review every restaurant’s operational and financial performance. Analyze information and develop relationships internally with senior management and staff. Responsible for analyzing data and identifying any issues, problems and discrepancies and generate solutions. Monitor business and management principles involving strategic planning, leadership techniques, production and coordination of people and resources. Must be able to analyze risk and put a plan of action together and drive business results. Prior knowledge overseeing financial operations a must. Degree in hospitality or business a plus. MS Suite.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
