The Financial Associate position is a full-time position designed for you to gain experience and an understanding of what a career at Turtle & Hughes would look like. This 2-year rotational program allows associates to gain exposure to all areas of Turtle & Hughes finance departments The goal of the program is for financial associates to launch a successful career with Turtle & Hughes.
The program prepares participants for roles of increasing responsibility through a combination of rotational assignments, structured learning, formalized feedback, and mentoring
There will be an opportunity for limited local travel to Turtle & Hughes branches. Program participants will have the opportunity to interact with senior finance leaders and participate in various key financial initiatives

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: *

• Recent graduate or student completing bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, or similar degree between December 2022 and June 2023.
• Ambition to learn an industry/business from the ground up.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Results oriented through initiative, ownership, and accountability
• Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Applicants must have unrestricted US work authorization
