Field Vice President Strategic Partnerships Job at Pacific Life

We’re actively seeking a talented Field Vice President (FVP) of Strategic Partnerships to join our team in the Consumer Markets Division. This role is 100% remote.
As a FVP of Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for all annuity and mutual fund distribution, marketing, product positioning, training and coordinated strategies with broker dealer leadership at designated Consumer Markets Division (CMD) focus firms. These responsibilities include but are not limited to supervision of all field directors, coordinating intra and inter departmental initiatives, working with Pacific Life sales leadership and sales teams, representing focus firm trends and strategies to Pacific Life leadership, analysis and expansion of distribution opportunities, and facilitating corporate objectives for the team. Management of T&E and conference budgets as well as broker dealer profitability are additional key objectives. The FVP will represent Strategic Partnerships, CMD and Pacific Life’s clients on various committees as defined by the Head of Strategic Partnerships.
How you will make an impact :
Establish regular business plan documents to be updated twice yearly to summarize accomplishments, challenges, and areas of opportunity at all focus firms. To be shared with all internal department heads.
Increase utilization of Sales Force to memorialize activity and efforts to build on our existing relationships.
Manage field team efforts to achieve overall product sales goals as defined annually.
Lead efforts to form a structured process of leveraging designated centers of influence for effective partnering with field wholesalers and sales management in order to maximize sales.
The base pay range is between $155,000.00-$165,000.00. In addition, this role is eligible for incentives based on production.
Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted provides a basis to determine the appropriate offer dependent upon several factors including but not limited to geographic location, experience, skills, education and pay equity. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
