Job Description
The JD is as below :
- Electrical engineer who has experience to install of equipment or facilities for semiconductor or inspection (sensing).
- Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration after installation.
- Support installation of Micro Engineering equipment in USA.
- Experience in handling Commercial in Clean room and Semiconductor market (preferred).
- Experience to hands on software for control of robot and communication.
- Ability to use various testing devices related to the electrical and mechanical trades.
- Good Electrical and Mechanical Diagnostic Skills.
- Handle basic, non-complex products and/or problems, referring more complex problems to higher-level technicians.
- Uses experience and technical skills with preventive maintenance and system operations to determine service requirements.
- Advises manager of preventive maintenance inspections performed and corrective actions to be taken.
- Needs to receive training program of Staubli robot as operator after entering HCL .
- Needs to receive training program of Micro Engineering, as operator after entering HCL in Japan or in USA.
- Works in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Must work in a safe manner daily and ensure that all safety measures are always taken.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Flexibility to work overtime, on-call and weekends, as required.
- Travel required to Santaclara or other Intel FABs in US if necessary.
