Lawn Maintenance Field Supervisor
Vizmeg Landscape, located in Stow, OH has been serving customers of the greater Cleveland/Akron area for almost 30 years. We provide services from commercial landscape, and residential design/build to complete grounds maintenance. We are seeking to hire an energetic individual as a Lawn Maintenance Field Supervisor. This position will be responsible for managing 8-10 lawn maintenance crews on a daily basis.
The ideal Lawn Maintenance Field Supervisor candidate must have:
- 5 years of experience in Lawn Maintenance
- Field Supervision experience
- Ability to manage 8-10 lawn maintenance crews
- Snow plowing and management experience
- Ability to operate lawn maintenance equipment
- Understanding the basic turf grass, maintenance, common weeds and pest identification
- Computer skills and strong communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
This is a Full-time, Year-Round position
