Earle’s On Crenshaw is a fast food specialty hotdog restaurant, located in the heart of the Crenshaw District.
Job Summary
A night manager has proven to be a shift lead who excels at their position but also has the capability and decision-making ability to consider larger complexities of the business. They have proven to act autonomously and are able to create systems that favor the growth of the business.

- Possession of a Food Handlers License

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Opening and/or closing the restaurant
- Trains staff in all facets of the restaurant
- Manages inventory
- Time keeping management
- Recruiting and interviewing
Availability/Hours:
- Have flexible or open availability
- Work a minimum of 40 hours a week
- Must be available to either open or close the restaurant daily
- Must be available Tuesdays through Saturdays 1:00PM to 11:00PM
