A Stylist contributes to driving sales by making connections, providing service to clients and customers, and staying up to date on trends both nationwide and locally.

Duties & Areas of Focus

• Brand Ambassador: acts as a brand representative reflective of the company values; elevates the store experience at events, educates clients and customers on fashion, and uses social media to promote products, services, and events
• Buyer: browses current brands and makes educated selections for leadership consideration
• Event Planner: contacts venues and coordinates pop-ups
• Customer Connection & Styling: initiates conversations, shares advice and product knowledge, and has multiple wear ideas for every item showcased
• Technology: checks wifi and has devics ready to accept payments in advance of every event and has a backup plan should technology fail
• Positivity: contributes to an inclusive and people-first philosophy by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others
• Team Player: collaborates with peers and leadership, sharing ideas with the team and actively participating in weekly meetings, initiatives, and brand focuses
• Share Knowledge: participates in the learning and sharing of product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers and peers
• Environment: maintains company visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
• Awareness: adheres to safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policies and procedures to support the profitability of the store

Requirements

• Interest in fashion
• Customer service experience
• College degree preferred

Hours

• Monday - Thursday 9 am - 7 pm
• Weekly 60-90-minute meeting required, otherwise make your own schedule within our designated business hours (40 hours max)

Pay

• $18-$20 / hr + commissions
