We are looking for an outgoing and energetic person with a passion for engaging with people to join our growing Dental Practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Days of work are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays. Average of 35 hours a week.

Answer any treatment and financial questions patients may have.
Enter correct demographic patient information into computerized tracking system. Verify insurance. Work with back-office staff to ensure smooth patient visits. Collecting and Posting Payments Schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments.
Answering phone calls and emails from patients managing patient records Required Qualifications: Prior experience in medical or dental reception Proficiency or ability to learn dental practice software Dentrix. Superior customer service skills Calm demeanor Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Neat and poised presentation Be reliable and conscientious.
