Kids Incorporated Learning Centers is looking to hire a Center Director at our Chandler location.

Job Summary

Oversee the daily operation of the center by hiring & retaining a strong, supportive, positive team of Teachers and Assistant Directors. Responsibilities would include but are not limited to following AZDHS childcare licensing rules & regulations, adhering to NAC standards, using Procare, writing DES contracts & managing authorizations/stop dates & billing, managing staff schedules and breaks, payroll, ordering, greeting parents, answering the phone, providing assistance to the teaching staff, giving tours & enrolling new families.

Qualifications:

• Positive & Enthusiastic Attitude
• Caring & Motivating leadership and customer service skills
• Min 1 year child care Director experience at a larger center
• Must possess valid Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR and First Aid certifications, Food Manager Card
• High School Diploma or GED
• Negative Tb test within last 12 months
• Degree in Early Childhood or closely related field strongly preferred

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
