Experienced A.M. Barista Needed Job at Royalton Park Avenue
NYC Hospitality Powerhouse In Good Company Hospitality is seeking an experienced Barista for its venues at The Royalton Park Avenue. IGC Hospitality Owns and operates multiple high volume venues in NYC including Refinery Rooftop, Parker & Quinn, Park Avenue Tavern, Trademark Taste & Grind and The Wilson.
We are looking for a qualified Barista to take people's orders, deliver quality coffee to our guests, and maintain and enhance the quality of our customer service. As the primary point of contact for guest interactions in the coffee bar, you will be responsible for maintaining a pleasant atmosphere for guests in the restaurant. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of the hospitality industry and have a high level of coffee knowledge, coffee skills and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
Creating coffee beverages to order.
Suggesting options based on available inventory
Take/serve orders, answer questions, and upsell other menu items
Delivering quality coffee product
Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
Issue bills and accept payment
Monitoring guest satisfaction
Familiarity with POS'
shift is also between 6am - 2 pm

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
