Meadowbrook Country Club is looking for the next great Expediter to join our team! In this important role, you would be overseeing every plate of food that leaves the kitchen, ensuring consistency, presentation, and temperature.
The Goal is to make service fast and better help enhance our quality and reputation.
- Ensure the efficient flow of orders from Front of House to kitchen
- Ensure orders are prepared with correct priority
- Check Dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature
- Help eliminate obstacles in service
- Inspect lines to maintain quality and sanitation standards
- Interface between FOH and BOH with priority for important information (allergens, requests, upcharges)

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience with Food Handling, Previous Expo position experience a PLUS
- Well organized and ability to lead/direct staff
- Excellent Communication
- Multi-tasking and coordination A MUST!
- A Member-First mentality
