We are now in search of an experienced executive support services professional working directly with the CEO. For this position, we place great value in candidates who are resourceful, innovative, and proactive with the ability to think independently, make decisions under pressure, and communicate effectively/respectfully with everyone inside and outside our organization.
**This position is not remote.**
Responsibilities would include, but not limited to:
- Support CEO with scheduling, draft/edit correspondence
- Drafting/editing company documents
- Facilitate board communications as requested
- Attend board meetings and take minutes
- Manage office activities and misc administrative responsibilities.
- Managing reception area
- Supporting engagement activities/events: golf outings, holiday parties, etc.
Skillset:
- Excellent communication, writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Trustworthy and the ability to maintain confidential information
- Ability to represent the organization professionally with a positive attitude.
- Detail oriented with ability to multi-task in diverse environments.
- Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Ideal candidate will have credentials related to administrative assistant services or associate college degree in business, marketing, English or office management related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting executive level members of an organization
- Excellent organization, typing/grammatical and time management skills
- Office technology awareness related to Microsoft Teams and other office efficiency improvement software (Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, ADP)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
