Executive Assistant Job at Merrow
Merrow is looking to hire an Executive Assistant that will become the right hand of the owners. Planning, researching, critical thinking and communication are key skills necessary for this position. The position is located at our headquarters in Fall River, MA and will report to the CEO.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work effectively to support the priorities and needs of the team
- Active note taking during meetings to determine action items, and distribute accordingly
- Create and analyze business reports by division and report results
- Research and report on key special projects assigned by ownership
- Track, follow up and help drive the completion of key deliverables
- Manage demanding calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts as urgent matters arise
- Serve as point of contact for other team members
- Coordinate team meetings
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years as an Executive Assistant
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in time critical situations
- Aptitude to meet deadlines and operate with a sense of urgency
- Analytical skills with the ability to improve processes
- Excellent decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion with integrity
- Professional under pressure with strong interpersonal skills
LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Interact independently with internal and external parties, makes independent decisions.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will not supervise employees.
