Executive Administrative Assistant (Remote)

This role is supporting our Vice President Delivery Systems & Care Partner Integration. This position supports an executive with a large team of direct reports.

This position can be performed remotely Jacksonville, Florida Area. The candidate selected for this role must be located within a commutable range of the Florida Blue Corporate Office, located at 4800 Deerwood Campus Pkwy, Jacksonville, FL 32246.

As an Executive Administrative Assistant to the Vice President and CMO , your purpose will be to:
• Provide a wide range of advanced, diverse, and confidential administrative support
  • Act as the administrative point of contact between company executives and internal/external clients
  • Handle executives’ requests and queries appropriately and with discretion
  • Proactively ensure executive is adequately prepared with talking points, presentations, meeting materials, etc. essential to support their daily, weekly, monthly calendar requirements
  • Coordinate travel, conferences, and meetings, and perform complex calendar management including managing and communicating all meeting logistics, agendas, and information to involved parties; provide reminders as appropriate
  • Receive, screen and handle telephone calls, incoming mail/email, and other correspondence, much of which is confidential or sensitive in nature
  • Partner with executive to ensure timely response from executive to email requests, phone calls and other matters requiring their attention
  • Compose and proofread correspondence and produce high quality materials such as presentations, spreadsheets, and reports
  • Research and compile data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and company executives
  • Process monthly time and expense reporting
  • Create and maintain computer and paper-based filing and organization systems
  • Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and resources
  • Complete or participate on special projects as needed
  • Interact effectively with individuals at all levels within and outside of the Company consistently representing executive and self in a professional, courteous, and confidential manner
What You Must Have:
• 3+ years’ executive administrative support experience or equivalent combination of transferable experience and education
  • Diverse administrative experience, within a large enterprise level organization, including one or more years of progressively responsible experience
  • Extensive capability to multitask, prioritize daily workload, and ensure leader preparedness for daily meetings and events
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated expertise working with Microsoft Office products: (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience leveraging organizational skills to support management team and client needs, focusing on execution, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Must be able to work flexible hours/schedule to meet business need

Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.
