WickedBall Chicago is looking to hire staff with an epic personality for our indoor location and MOBILE TEAM! We are looking for part time employees with a possibility to go full time , and Full time for the right candidates. This position has room for growth as well. You get to be a part of an indoor arena for kids AND ADULTS, with Bubble Soccer, Archery Tag, Nerf Battles, Laser Tag, Inflatables, VR, Video Games, arcade, Dodgeball, and more ! Your friends will want to come visit you. This is not your Chucky Cheese.

Who are we looking for?

Previous experience with events, parties, hosting, festivals, social gatherings, or background preferred. Must be good at public speaking, and engaging with customers to make sure they are having a great time. Anyone with Event, promotional, or bar experience is great also. Your personality and attitude is what makes you the perfect fit for WickedBall. We are all about fun. We are also opening a second location soon and this position can grow into management!

Compensation - Pay is a base hourly + Tips, Commissions, and bonuses! As of 11/19/22, Our Party host average $26/hr! On the low end they average $18/hr. Your personality, and attitude go a long way! Our customers love to tip! If you're not interested in getting tips, commissions from sales, or a fun environment, then this may not be the job for you. We want motivated people looking to create AMAZING memorable experiences.

Description -
You would be the life of the incoming parties and guest. You would be managing and coaching the games being held for your group or party. You'll be smiling the whole time as you watch people compete in games kicking each others butts for bragging rights. You will go over the game rules with each guest, manage, and referee the event, make sure they are safe, and having fun of course. If your interested in growth, we have opportunities available, just show us what you can bring to the table.

Requirements -
At least 17 years of age. Have reliable transportation. ( Having a car is a must for the job) Ability to submit and pass a background check . Ability to work weekends and evening shifts highly preferred. Ability to lift at least 40 lbs. Fun and outgoing personality. Prefer game minded or competitive individuals. We are looking for individuals looking to work inside our store AND mobile business. We have plenty of business that could use some more talented people as we continue to grow. Open availability is highly preferred. We also offer mobile parties and compensate for mileage. Willing to travel at least 25% of the time. Be sure to take the Critical assessment at the end for the best chances of moving on to the next steps!
