Evening Custodian Job at Kiswani Trucking Inc.
We are looking for a responsible custodian to maintain our facilities part time M-F 6:30pm to 9:30pm. It is important for a custodian, or janitor, to be careful and thorough in working, cleaning and tidying the premises. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a custodian role focused on building upkeep. They will have great physical endurance to cover a large space. A keen eye for detail and diligence are imperative in custodial maintenance jobs.
Responsibilities
- Able to work M-F 6:30pm to 9:30pm every evening
- Ensure spaces are prepared for the next day by taking out trash, tidying furniture and dusting surfaces
- Sweep and mop floors
- Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks, wipe mirrors and restock disposables (e.g. soap, toilet paper, paper towels)
- Wipe all kitchen tables and wash any dishes in the kitchen sink
- Secure facilities after operating hours by locking doors and turning off lights
Skills
- Proven experience as custodian, janitor or in a similar role
- Attention to detail and conscientiousness
- Very good physical condition and strength
Pay: offering $16.50 per hour
Part time/evening Shift: M-F 6:30pm to 9:30pm
