*This is a rotational position; 12 hour shifts for 14 days straight, 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.*
The policy of the Employment Training Program (ETP) is to provide jobs that might not otherwise be available to residents with the need to acquire skills and to support a variety of agencies, programs, and departments within the community.

To be eligible for an ETP position, an applicant must be at least 18 years old OR if under 18 years of age, he/she must have a GED or high school diploma.
Career Development Training (Job Club) certificate.
Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively; both oral and written, must be able to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Rotational schedule of at least 12 hours per day for 14 days straight, 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
Position requires standing on your feet and being active for 12 hours at a time.
