We are seeking a Estimator to join our team.

Salary $60,000 – 85,000

Responsibilities:

The Estimator will expand their knowledge of the construction industry and learn more about the preconstruction process. This Estimator will be instrumental in reviewing plans, performing take-offs, reviewing scopes, pricing, bid solicitation, preparing subcontractor comparison sheets for evaluation, and final bid assembly.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

5+ years of building construction experience. Some knowledge of the estimating process via the Estimating/Preconstruction role. Familiar with scopes, take-offs or quantitative process to some degree. Intermediate to Advanced skill level in MS Office programs and the ability to master other software systems. Working knowledge and comprehension of typical project documents, i.e., plans, specifications, and RFI’s. Excellent communication skills. Extreme attention to detail. Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
