The Digital Innovations team’s main focus is to support company operations by utilizing digital tools and hardware to perform, track, and maintain processes. We constantly seek opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce loss, and provide insight and visibility to ensure the lasting success of the company.

Position:

As an ERP Technician, you will get to know the various operations and processes around the company and provide technical assistance to users in carrying out their day to day activities. This support will generally fall into the realm of planning production, tracking inventory, printing documentation, and applying quality assurance measures. Most support is provided via email and phone, but occasionally we will travel to the production facilities when necessary.

An average work week will include a standard schedule of four days at 10 hours per day. Schedules will generally be reviewed and changed once every 3 months. Our first priority is to support normal operations to keep day to day production running smoothly. Normally there will be standard checklist items to review at the beginning and end of each day, followed by using our ticketing system to track and prioritize support provided to users. Generally there will be special projects and training to fill any remaining time throughout the day. With advancement, will come additional responsibilities such as fulfilling after-hour, on-call support, which is shared between several team members. We support several systems, some of which are hosted on premise, and others that are hosted in the cloud. This provides a lot of flexibility in advancement and specialization throughout the team, as we support and maintain local databases, work with our IT department to maintain physical and technical security, provide reporting and analysis to the company, implement process improvement and quality assurance policy and procedure, integrate separate software products to improve efficiency, as well as create, design, build, and implement software tools to aid users in repetitive tasks.

The primary work location will be 7909 S 331ST AVE, ARLINGTON, AZ 85322-8146. We are currently taking 3 month rotations having one employee working at our corporate location at 6515 S JACKRABBIT TRL, BUCKEYE, AZ 85326-5641.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• High school Diploma or G.E.D.
• Basic Information Technology (IT) principles.
• Troubleshooting
• SQL (SSRS, SSMS and Sequel SQL Server)
• Microsoft Office (Especially Excel and Outlook)
• Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central
• Other Software Examples: DRTrack, TMW Direct Route, EZ Auto, Fleetio, Smart Connect, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Zoho, Cleo, Cimplicity, Ovo Vision, MOBA, Insight Works.
• Warehousing and Inventory Control.
• Production line and manufacturing.
