ROI is currently partnering with a General Contractor in Boston MA in their search for a Construction Project Manager. The Project will be High-End Residential and Multi-Family properties in Chestnut Hill MA. An ideal candidate will have strong experience managing high-end residential projects throughout Massachusetts.

Position Responsibilities:

• Report to site daily overseeing all construction activities
• Use construction reporting software “Builder Trend” to record progress of the projects
• Maintaining schedules, finances, change orders and daily field reports.
• Oversee multiple projects at the same time
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors for the duration of the project
• Ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts CSL license preferred
• 7+ years’ experience in high end residential construction
• OSHA 10 Certification
• Strong technical skills with a familiarity with Builder Trend reporting software
