Job Summary:
These positions will complete changes to Technical Orders for Air Force Programs.

- Complete Technical Order changes in designated software.
- Authorized access to classified information; active security clearance or ability to obtain security clearance.
- Consistently meet program and quality objectives for technical orders.
- Follow written or provided Technical Writing Development processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Ability:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication and technical writing skills are essential.
- Knowledgeable of Style Manuals preferred.
- Ability to support projects with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong oral and written communications skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; must be able to work independently and interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to qualify for Active SECRET Level Clearance
- Dependable attendance.
- U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person status.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is required to stand, walk, sit; frequent bending, stooping and climbing; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Ability to sit and review information on a computer screen for long periods of time (up to 10 hours a day with lunch and breaks) and be able to withstand repetitive motion. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. independently and lift up to 75 lbs. with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must have manual dexterity to operate computer keyboard, standard office equipment power and hand tools, hydraulic and manual jacks and other vehicle repair equipment. Must have the ability to work safely in a busy shop environment with crane, forklift and heavy equipment operation and movement. Ability to work in excess of a 40-hour week if necessary
Office Location and Travel
This position is located in Albuquerque, NM.
Travel will not be required.
Working Environment & Conditions
This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a combined office and shop position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate.
