Photo Coordinator Job Description

Ensure products on all channels have the correct approved PDP images loaded per channel and company standards as well as make new products live on all platforms.

Photo Coordinator Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred or work experience within the field

· Must be a sports advocate and have an understanding of primary sports

· Able to be part of a community and work in a team environment

· Proficiency in the use of Windows and Microsoft Office Applications; Word, Excel, Outlook

· Open to taking direction

· Strong communication and organization skills

· Must be adaptable to working in a rapidly changing and evolving environment

Photo Coordinator Job Duties:

• Ensure the product images uploaded are per the channels and sites required standards
• Organize and upload product images on all 3 websites
• Organize and upload product images on Amazon Vendor Central
• Launch/publish products once all final approved product images are loaded, HTML/AD copies are gathered (SFI/FOCO/FOCO UK)
• Keep a clear tracker of all product launches
• Communicate and work closely with photography team, web design team, and marketing team to ensure all groups have everything needed on product launch and expectations
• Coordinate samples with photography team to make sure all necessary SKUs/teams have PDPs
• Organize assets for new products
• Send photo projects to India team every night
• Assist wholesale photo admin in locating images to wholesale when necessary
• Assist the ECOM Operations team on planning product launch and make sure timelines are met
