We are currently looking to fill the position of Entry-Level Press Operator - 3rd Shift / Operator I in our Press Department on 3rd shift from 11p-7a, Sunday-Thursday.

Your Responsibilities as a Entry-Level Press Operator - 3rd Shift / Operator I

• Assist with press operations to ensure efficient and quality production. This position is the 2nd level in a four-step career progression.
• Assist with press operations to include bundling, roll tending, make-ready, register, color, and maintenance activities.
• Assist lead operator with set up of equipment.
• Responsible for preparing and loading paper.
• Remove folded sections from press.
• Bundle sections and stack on pallet.
• Check quality of product.
• Think and act like an employee owner by being safety-minded, quality-focused, customer-centered, a positive leader, and an awesome team member.

Your Rewards as a Entry-Level Press Operator - 3rd Shift / Operator I

• $21.00-$22.50/hour, shift premium included
• Health insurance plans to meet your needs:
  • Option 1: $2,000 individual/$4,000 family deductible; 80% co-insurance; $85/month single, $141/month associate +1; $197/month family
  • Option 2: $4,000 individual/$8,000 family deductible; 80% co-insurance; $59/month single; $88/month associate + 1; $117/month family
  • Up to $1,125 contribution from Worzalla into health savings account

Qualifications of a Entry-Level Press Operator - 3rd Shift / Operator I

• No experience required, however prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting preferred
• Ability to perform repetitive, manual, and physical tasks requiring bending, twisting, turning, and lifting
• Stand for entire shift
• Basic math skills
• Ability to pass pre-placement exam and pre-employment drug screen
• Ability and desire to think and act like an employee owner (see Your Responsibilities above)
