Enterprise Information Technology Director Job at Kish Bank
Kish Bank, a regional leader in Community Banking, is seeking an Enterprise IT Director to join a growing, energetic, fun, and engaged team that is focused on legendary service to our customers and our employees. This role will be primarily located at the state-of-the-art Kish Innovation Center in Reedsville, Mifflin County. Hotel offices located at our State College office as well as hybrid work will be considered.
The responsibilities of the role include delivering cloud and transformative technologies to stakeholders; overseeing the operation of information technology infrastructure, associated processes, and aligned team members, including team members supporting systems, networks, and infrastructure through technologies like Microsoft O365, VMware, and AWS; working closely with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) to advocate for a cloud-first technical mindset for solution delivery, while meeting all industry regulatory expectations and requirements pertaining to key areas like security and data integrity; providing technical and/or project management in the planning, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of technical solutions; facilitating change management, risk management, and process improvement in IT; providing direction and analytical support in the execution of technical initiatives; collaborating with leadership in budget planning; and engaging regularly with functional stakeholders on technical initiatives.
The qualifications of the position include Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; preferred prior working experience in a financial services organization and knowledge of related compliance and associated regulatory agencies; ability to assess and recruit top candidates, train new IT staff, supervise, and motivate team members for high performance; experience in coordinating installations, upgrades, and maintenance; knowledge of technical infrastructure, networks, databases, and systems; strong critical thinking skills; and project management skills preferred.
