Enterprise Compliance Associate
The Enterprise Compliance Associate performs oversight of certain compliance and risk programs. Working independently under general supervision, this role performs evaluations of program processes to determine if they operate in line with respective policies, procedures, regulatory guidance and best practices.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Performs reviews to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of certain compliance and risk programs.
- Documents reviews in a clear manner requiring minimal revisions.
- Ability to balance multiple assignments and conduct analyses.
- Utilizes advanced Microsoft Excel skills and working knowledge of data analytics.
- Delivers clear written and verbal communications to teammates and stakeholders.
- Builds effective relationships with key stakeholders to actively promote a culture of identifying, mitigating and monitoring operational and compliance risks.
- Demonstrates critical thinking by gathering, analyzing, questioning and sharing perspectives on assignments.

Qualifications:
Required:
- 2+ years of compliance, risk, or audit in financial services industry.
Preferred:
- 3+ years of compliance, risk, or audit in financial services industry.
- Prior testing/audit experience.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
