Build your career with a highly respected local company! The best candidates become very familiar with a car transaction and enter many transactions a day. We have full-time positions open. The hourly wage is $18/hr plus monthly performance bonus.

- Flexibility with work hours, some Saturdays. We close at 6pm on Weekdays and 3pm on Saturdays. With these timeframes in-mind though, we are open to your proposed schedule.
Ensure Transactions are Accurate
- Enter transactions for a car delivery with speed and accuracy
- Conclude delivery process, report the delivery and apply for incentives.
- Process completed transactions, confirm all documents are correct, then deliver to accounting within 1 day
Administrative Tasks
- Respond to the many banks we work with when questions arise
- Track in-transit sales/service agreements, rebates, payables and plate fees
- Process cancellation paperwork for service / protection agreements
- Follow up on bank and customer titles
