JOB SUMMARY
The Employee Engagement Specialist assists with planning and facilitating the implementation of programs and strategies to maintain a culture of exceptional employee engagement. This role will report directly to the facility Administrator but is not limited to the Director of Nursing, Corporate HR Clerk, and Corporate HR Director.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
1. Education
- Minimum educational requirements include a high school diploma.
2. Requirements
- 2 + years’ work experience as an Employee Engagement Specialist or similar role
- Good understanding of employee operations (recruiting, on boarding, training, and compensation)
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Direct experience with MS Office
- Solid organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of Paycom is preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
