JOM Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is recruiting for an End to End Integration Senior Analyst, located in Titusville, NJ, Somerset, NJ or Shepherdsville, KY.
As part of Janssen PCM & Deliver, the End-to-End Integration Senior Analyst is responsible for leading the execution of US product change activities, rest of world new product introductions (NPI), US NPIs, and evaluating/implementing US Commercial Strategic Initiatives for Janssen Deliver. This position will collaborate across Janssen Supply Chain (Value Chain Management, Planning and Customer Management), Data Operations, Commercial, Quality, Finance and Regional Deliver Operations (Distribution, Transportation, Customer Service & Channel Operation, and IT) to ensure alignment of regional priorities to global and E2E strategies of Janssen.
This position represents Customer and Deliver requirements related to Product Lifecycle Management and inbound and outbound processes. Specifically, this could include input to product management and/or new product development, inventory strategy to the customer, acquisitions and divestitures, and/or recall/withdrawal management. The E2E Sr. Analyst will champion process standardization while appropriately shaping Deliver solutions that meet both customer and business needs. They will also collaborate with worldwide Deliver resources to achieve goals and objectives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acts as the Deliver lead on Commercial and Supply Chain New Product Management/Launch, as well as product changes that flow through FDC and KDC
- Leads, assesses, and implements strategic requests from business partners for new business models, exceptions to typical Deliver processes, and/or order management processes and strategies
- Shapes Deliver capabilities to meet growth objectives through global connections to Deliver resources worldwide by collaborating and integrating with Deliver business partners
- Lead/Support Customer focused product supply strategies
- Support Field actions
- Support BCP activities
- Find opportunities in value creation, providing innovative options and coordinating the Deliver component of the implementation of new solutions
- Drive business process/cost/service improvements needed to enhance business results by supporting implementation opportunities
- Understanding of ERP system capabilities, quality, and business processes
- Identifying/prioritizing systemic problems and improvement opportunities
- Providing business process knowledge to support new processes and designs
- Lead projects by developing and applying in-depth knowledge of business processes and systems
- Develop and implement overall project plan, project deliverables and timeline using approved project methodology where applicable
- Run multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Lead cross-functional analysis and give strategic recommendations based on cost-benefit analyses and/or compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degree is preferred
- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant Supply Chain experience is required
- Customer-centric approach experience is required
- Strong business insight and understanding of the end to end supply chain is required
- Collaboration skills and able to influence without authority is required
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and implement approved strategies to drive value is required
- Solid problem solving and analytical experience is required
- ERP systems experience is required
- Shown Project experience is required —PMP and/or FPX training certification preferred
- LEAN, SIX SIGMA, APICS training or certification is preferred
- Proficient in Excel, PPT, Visio, Word, Outlook is required
- Proficient in English (written and oral) is required
- This position may be based in either Titusville, NJ, Somerset, NJ or Shepherdsville, KY and will require at least 3 days a week on-site at one of these locations and may require approximately 10% travel.
The anticipated base pay range for this position in all other US locations is $62,000 to $110,000.
