Electrician Helper (Apprentice) – Green Energy

About the Position: (Six openings) The full-time Electrician Helper position is an entry level position, training for a Lead Electrician/Crew Chief position. The job’s primary responsibility is to install residential TESLA and Enphase Whole Home Battery Backup systems and other energy saving electrical appliances. NO experience required. Our PAID TRAINING will include TESLA and Enphase certification, as well as training leading to C-10 electrical licenses.

These are permanent, year-round jobs, in a program mandated by law, to provide energy savings improvements to households that cannot normally afford them and to help meet California’s Clean Energy and other environmental goals. The Electrician Helper position is available is our Montclair, Victorville, Concord, San Francisco, and Rohnert Park offices. About the Company: Quality Conservation Services (QCS) provides FREE energy-saving improvements, including TESLA and Enphase whole home battery back-up systems and energy-saving electrical appliances, to moderate- and lower-income households in the Greater SF Bay Area and in the Greater Los Angeles Area under contracts funded by local California utilities.

Applicant Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, clean driving record, able to pass drug and felony screening. Motivated to learn, strong people skills, preferably with at least 1-year experience working or training in the electrification, solar or HVAC industry.

Hours: Full time 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, unlimited overtime.

Salary: $19 to $24 per hour, plus additional performance bonuses.
