Integrity Trade Service's is hiring Industrial Electricians/Maintenance Technicians in Jeffersonville, IN for a tier one manufacturing supplier of steel and aluminum blanked material. Work for a great company that not only takes pride in their work, but also takes care of their employees!

As the Electrician/Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment, working with team members to ensure that all tasks are performed in a safe and efficient manner.

Pay and shift: $28-32/hr based on experience, four 12 hour shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and follow safety procedures
• Comprehend all related work instructions, equipment manuals, and SOP manuals
• Maintain a clean and safe work space and report any unsafe working conditions faulty operations or defective material to the maintenance manager
• Perform preventative maintenance activities on equipment to ensure equipment breakdown delay is minimized, process capability is maximized, and production and quality performance targets are met.
• Conduct emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment with minimal impact to production
• Complete all required documentation per established processes and procedures.
• Exercise effective decision making with respect to the cost of repairs.

Qualifications and skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and basic knowledge of arithmetic.
• Low voltage electrical
• Excellent mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, pneumatic, hydraulic, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.
• Capable of handling multiple activities at the same time.
• Ability to repeatedly lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
• Able to supply your own tools.

Education and experience:

• HS Diploma/GED
• 2-3 years of formal technical education and experience
• Industrial Controls repair and programming experience preferred.
• Previous crane and/or forklift operating experience is a plus.
