VISION
This position will be responsible for developing a marketing strategy and managing the execution of online merchandising to achieve online marketing and sales goals. They will manage the digital team to ensure that plans supporting key strategic initiatives, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and trends are met.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
  • Collaborate with multiple internal cross-functional groups (e.g., Sales, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure success for eCommerce and overall company success.
  • Responsible for full P&I for their division.
  • Utilize analytics to monitor traffic, customer behavior, sales trends, and feedback to gain customer insights.
  • Partner with creative, brand marketing, and other department managers to ensure brand and product information is optimized for conversion rate, inclusive of enhanced brand content creation, product descriptions, and imagery.
  • Identify KPIs and track performance metrics for online business activities. Utilize these key insights to guide business strategies and decisions.
  • Analyze data and translate findings into meaningful consumer insights, integrating relevant business knowledge as well as learning from other projects/sources to optimize content.
  • Determine marketing programs, including test and learn, within all e-retail to drive rapid growth.
  • Administer ongoing digital content planning and calendar: plan marketing activities, new product launches and other activities necessary to support the brands online and achieve sales goals.
  • Plan and execute promotions, identifying products for promotion and marketing assets.
  • Manage digital team staff in their day-to-day performance and ensures the project/department goals are met.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Directly supervises Digital Sales Team (4+)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or, a related field required.
  • 3+ years of supervising experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of eCommerce experience preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Previous consumer products experience preferred.
  • Proven experience using data to create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with the creative and technical (SEO) aspects of eCommerce marketing content.
  • Ability to learn new tools and software quickly, independently, and proactively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage time to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of hunting and outdoor products preferred
  • Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to undergo and pass a background check and drug screen
WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS
Main hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.
Schedules will vary depending on business needs and may entail working nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be flexible to work outside of regular departmental operating hours.
