eCommerce Customer Service Supervisor Job at Paradigm Health & Wellness, Inc.
We are seeking for a motivated individual to join our team as eCommerce Customer Service Supervisor.
The individual will be responsible in the success of the Customer Service team by analyzing statistics to improve individual/team performance, giving real time help to agents, track daily performance, train agents in all aspects of their job responsibilities, educate agents on policy and procedures, motivating agents to continually improve, and support management decisions.
Job responsibilities
- Provide customers with the best experience possible
- Oversee customer inquiries across different Ecommerce retail channels
- Be able to handle and resolve customer complaints
- Monitor and manage CS team’s productivity and priorities
- Oversee customer’s parts requests are processes and shipped in a timely manner
- Monitor parts inventory levels
- Ensure individual agent has the proper knowledge and skills to carry our assigned responsibilities
- Plan and facilitate team meetings to relay new policies and procedures
- Develop goals and objectives for the customer service department
- Build a positive and professional work environment
- Review customer inquiries and administer corrective actions when needed
- Collaborate with other departments to improve cross-functional processes and outcomes which affect customers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service supervisor/manager experience
- Familiar with Email ticketing system, ie. Freshdesk, Zendesk, or etc.
- Familiar with fitness products
- Integrity/Ethics - Deals with others in a straightforward and honest manner, is accountable for actions, maintains confidentiality, supports company values.
- Effective leadership and people management skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to respond to rapidly changing business conditions a must
- Problem Solving: Indicating, reporting and resolving issues
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team atmosphere
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
