E-Commerce Stock Operations Lead Job at Anthony's Ladies Apparel
Anthony’s Ladies Apparel is seeking a Stock Operations Lead to oversee the flow and organization of products within our shipping and fulfillment center.
As the Stock Operations Lead, you will be responsible for all our e-commerce inventory. This means you will be expected to maintain an organized and efficient storage space and manage the flow of incoming and outgoing inventory.
You’ll be working directly with our E-Commerce team, a small department focused on processing and fulfilling online orders. As a member of e-commerce, you will also be trained to understand other tasks fundamental to its operation, such as shipping, returns and store transfers. Though these are not the day-to-day responsibilities of a Stock Operations Lead, we encourage our team to develop a general understanding of all department functions so that they may offer support to other roles when needed.
What you may expect in a day as a Stock Operations Lead:
- Check in new merchandise, ensuring that the products we receive match the transfer’s expected quantity, sizes, and styles.
- Put away merchandise in a way that is clearly marked and allows others to find items easily (ie. by size, style, or type).
- Store merchandise following the company’s procedures and standards.
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse space.
- Find and collect items requested by online orders.
- Inspect goods for defects and damage.
- Transfer out merchandise that needs to be sent to our stores.
- Solve problems that arise in relation to missing or excess inventory.
- Run and analyze product reports to create organizational layouts.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse storage and spacing.
- Support the team when needed and pick, pack and ship online orders, process returns, transfer merchandise and put away merchandise for future picking.

- Completed high school or received GED
- Excellent organizational and communication (written & verbal) skills
- Detail-oriented and an organizational ninja
- Basic proficiency with computers
- Basic technical support troubleshooting abilities with computers
- Ability to take direction as well as self-motivate and manage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Aptitude to learn new processes and systems quickly
- Interest in fashion and retail a plus
- Must be fluent in English

This is a full-time employee position working with our e-commerce team. Full-time Anthony’s employees are eligible for the following benefits after certain milestones are hit:

Compensation to commensurate with experience.
This is a full-time position in our West Palm Beach office and distribution center. Please note the interview process may include a phone interview and on-site interviews. Job offers will be contingent on a background check.
