Dynamic Apartment Maintenance Tech Job at Apartment Dynamics
Come join a Dynamic Multifamily Maintenance Team! We're looking to add an experienced maintenane technician to a large apartment community in Raleigh. Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, turning quality vacant units, including some painting in-house and drywall repair, and general maintenance required. HVAC experience preferred but not required. Being able to work with a team a must. The right candidate will possess the technical skills required to provide quality turns, handle resident service requests, and perform preventive maintenance on a schedule, as well as the customer service skills to communicate well with management and leasing team members and customers, and the caring to make sure the property is clean and trash-free every day. Transportation and valid driver's license required.
