R.W. Sidley of Thompson, OH is actively seeking full-time Dump Truck Driver (NO CDL necessary!). Do you want a very consistent daily schedule? Our Dump Truck Driver position starts at $20-$22.00/hour, depending on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DUMP TRUCK DRIVER

As a Dump Truck Driver at R.W. Sidley, you will be driving a 35 ton or 40 ton articulating dump truck. You will be hauling material from one spot to another all day long! No CDL is required for this position! You will also be responsible for general maintenance and inspections of your equipment. Knowledge of heavy equipment operation is preferred, but not required.

You work closely with the Plant Manager (who acts as a dispatcher) to determine when to load trucks with material. Sometimes it's as simple as moving material from one location to another. But other times you need to use your communication skills to listen to where the Plant Manager needs you to go and do what they need you to do. When you're not operating a dump truck, there's plenty of opportunity to help in the bagging production facility, make sure your equipment is clean, and help around the plant. You are all about listening to your Plant Manager and helping in any way you can.
