Our growing 3PL Network is expanding and we are looking for skilled Driver Recruiter to help with our tremendous growth.
- Building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners
- Source, interview, and evaluate candidates in a timely manner while always providing a positive candidate experience
- Managing the driver onboarding process using web-based recruiting software and workflow solutions popular in the trucking and transportation industry.
- Drive the offer process, including negotiating and closing candidates on offers
- Maintaining standards of strict confidentiality with respect to all matters and documents
- 3+ years of experience recruiting commercial licensed drivers in the U.S.
- Experience in a supply chain and or transportation environment preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills when serving outside customers and internal departments both over the phone and in person
- Ability to instill trust and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to juggle multiple job openings with superb accuracy and great attention to detail
- Strong sense of urgency to quickly respond to all assignments
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- Intermediate Excel skills required
- Ability to navigate electronic agreement programs preferred
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a no job too small outlook
