Transportation Driver/DSP
Duties: Provides prompt and reliable transportation for clients with developmental disabilities to and from programming services while ensuring their safety during transport.
- Provides needed support to each individual.
- Ability to document all transportation services.
- Ensures the health and welfare of individuals.
- Maintains First Aid and CPR.
- Avoids texting and talking on a cell phone while driving.
- Interacts well with others.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Requirements: To include but not limited to:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Minimum of six months experience in DD field or related field.
- Ability to effectively communicate in written and oral form; basic math and money handling skills.
- Acceptable background and related registry check(s).
- Pass a drug screen.
- Valid Ohio Driver's license.
- Must complete Defensive Driver Training during pre-service training.
Hourly: $15 or commensurate with experience.
Hours: 6am - 10am - Monday through Friday
